Sponsor a Meal Packing Event

Meal packing events are powerful and fun! During the event, your group will assemble meals that will later be distributed to the recipient of your choice. Here's how it works:

 

*An Event By the Numbers

Meal Cost =  $0.30 per meal

Volunteers = 12 People needed for one assembly line

Time = 1 assembly line creates 3,000-4,000 meals in a 2.5 hour shift

 

Example:  30,000 Meal Packing Event

  • $9,000 (plus suggested travel donation if packing at YOUR facility)
  • 8 Assembly Lines
  • 100+ Volunteers 
  • 2.5 Hours (does not include setup and tear down time)
